Tipik, a Brussels-based communication agency, is recruiting a Social Media Manager to join our growing social media team. You will help design and implement social media strategies for our clients in the public and the private sector.

Requirements:

  • Three four years’ experience of running social media campaigns in the public or private sector on a variety of channels;
  • Some experience of running paid advertising campaigns (Ad budget structuring, execution timeline and A/B testing);
  • Ability to curate content, manage an editorial calendar and draft copy (primarily in English);
  • Experience with analytics and social listening tools and the ability to track and advise on a brand’s social presence and e-reputation using these tools;
  • Ability to draw up KPIs to evaluate and report on campaign and account performance;
  • Excellent knowledge of current and emerging platforms;
  • Ability to guide clients during implementation;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications or similar professional experience;
  • Excellent English (written & spoken);
  • French (spoken);
  • Excellent communicator;
  • Good organisational and time-management skills;
  • Able to work independently and with fellow team members.
