We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time PARTNERSHIP ENGAGEMENT OFFICER.

As Partnership Engagement Officer you will be the first point and regular contact for ERTICO’s 120 Partners. This is a key and prominent role in a Partnership organization such as ERTICO and a highly interesting one given your contact with a wide range of Partners from different sectors. You will acquire a detailed knowledge about our Partners’ activities, priorities and involvement in ERTICO and also practice marketing skills in relation to partner engagement.

We are looking for someone with innate curiosity, an openness to collaborate as well as the creativity to think of new activities that will bring value to our Partnership, and the dedication to follow up internally with other departments to ensure that Partners’ interests are addressed.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Act as principal point of external contact for Partners and internal contact within ERTICO bringing meaning and a structured relationship to the role of Partner Engagement Officer;
Monitor Partners’ activity levels and reaches out individually and generally when necessary with ERTICO information materials;
Consider and create new activities to increase the level of benefits provided to Partners;
Participate in meetings and events with a high participation of Partners;
Coordinate the organisation of the General Assembly & official Partner events such as the ERTICO Think Tank;
Organise meetings related to ERTICO’s Governance bodies: Strategy Committee and Public Authorities Platform;
Research or liaise with Partners to publish Partners news in the ERTICO weekly newsletter, website and social media;
Manage the ERTICO Partner Blog.

What should you bring?

At least two years of relevant professional experience;
A structured mind and an organised approach to work;
Ability to comprehend technical aspects related to mobility;
Excellent English oral and written skills (near-native level);
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team;
Ability to connect with others and interact with them;
Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism and creativity;
Experience in the communication sector an asset;
A high level of German is a plus.
